Can I change my Sidekick LX to be prepay only?

Question

I see on T-mobile's website that there's a prepay sim card you can buy...would that work with my sidekick lx? I can't get a hold of the company support right now. Anyone have experience with switching this over?

-Unlimited domestic e-mail

-Web browsing, instant messaging

text messaging for $1.00 per day

-15¢ per minute for nationwide calls
