are you serious?  change your nevada license to a texas address?

go to the texas dmv and surrender your license.  they will allow you to apply for a texas one on the spot.

You have to get a new license issued by the state where you're living.  If you're a full-time college student and only in Texas to go to school, you won't change your address on your license - you'll just keep your Nevada license.
