Can I change my backround on my yahoo page?

By Yahoo backgound, I'm sure you mean your 360 right. Or have you got the category wrong?

Go to your 360, and click "My page" on the top.

Now between your 360 stuff and the toolbar containing links "Home", "My page", "My blog"... there's another option to change the theme of your 360.

Try different colors, or make a custom theme. But make sure you save your changes.
