I answered your other q.  I added some more info after I read your update.  PLEASE read it.  THere is a chance what you are asking about can and will work.  It would be a clinical trial, and I dont know if there are any activly seeking new patients, but you most definatly need to ask your transplant doctors about this!!

  3. Not unless you can go through a complete blood change. This could have been done at birth. Not now.

No, not going to happen...  I know there are sites that assert that eating a certain diet or taking certain supplements will cause your Rh factor to switch from negative to positive -- please realize that this is inaccurate information.  Only in cases of bone marrow transplants will you possibly see the blood group change...

Nope, sorry.  You can't change almost anything about your blood.  If (and you didn't say anything about this so I could just be ranting lol) you were a woman and happen to be pregnant, you could be given a syrum which sort of cancels out your Rh - blood so that it won't attack Rh+ blood, but again that won't actually change your blood type.
