Can I change my eye color ?

my eyes are black. No joke black and I hate it there not pretty its jus black and I was thinking about changing the color but I have perfect eye sight. War can I do and were and cheap? Also what color should I do because. Have very dark brown hair too.

Dark eyes are gorgeous.  Why on earth would you want to change your eye color?  Mysterious, s**y and hypnotic . . . Dark eyes are superior in my opinion.   Dark brown eyes are my favorite eye color.   My eyes are hazel.
