For three months there has been a guy calling a different times of the day wanting to talk to me. He says I know him but I don't know him. I usually don't answer, or my dumb stubborn sister decides to answer and cuss him out. She has done this many times and he continues to call. We refer to him as "stalker guy" (I know it's sad but it happened). We would like to change our phone number but we don't want the phone company to charge us for being harassed. Will they charge if I explain to them that we are being harassed??????

IT'S GETTING VERY ANNOYING THAT HE CALLS......BTW he calls private....:-(

  1. i know in the past AT&T would change a phone number for free one time, if you were being annoyed or harassed...call them and tell them whats going on...u may not have to pay..

  2. i dont really think so but the best way to get this answered is if u call the company and ask if it costs
