Can I change rain gutters?

Question

At my house rain water goes thru gutters into the sewer., so when it rains too much the sewer get flooded. Can i change the rain gutters, so the rain water goen into the street not the sewer..

Depending on where you live you may or may not be able to do it. Contact your city or town's water dept.

You can try, but they might make you change them back. You can add a sleeve onto the bottom of them to redirect the flow to wherever you want it.
