Can I change rooming option at UCB?

I have selected a triple room, and also recruited two known friends, but they assigned me in double mini suite-which costs more money and I don't want that. My two friends who I requested as my roommates got the triple, so I'm confused.

Will they allow me to send an inquiry to dorm with the other two as I have signed up for?
