Can I change the megapixels and make a fuzzy picture more clear using The Gimp software and then print it?

Supposedly the megapixels or something is too small, and the picture looks fine online when I email it but horrible when I try to print it. Help!!

Do you mean that the resolution is too low.  This would explain why your pictures look fine online but not when printed.  In your image editing program (if you have one) look for a 'resize image' or 'image size' command.  There you can change the resolution.  This may make the picture physically smaller or larger when printed.  To print a decent quality picture the resolution should be at least 150ppi (or dpi).

    If you don't have an image editor try the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org) or Photoplus (http://www.freeserifsoftware.com).  They are both free.
