Can I change the theme,layout and color on my yahoo page?

I guess this really isn't an answer. I've never been able to change the background to anything other than what Yahoo provides, but I'm not the most savvy computer person out there. I just really wish they would come up with some new backgrounds. They've had the same ones for years, they are boring and I'm so very tired of them.
