That doesn't have my playlist on it? I need to charge my Ipod, but my playlist is on another computer. Will it delete all my songs if I plug it into the computer? I have Itunes but I am not on my computer so all my songs are on another computer.

Thanks,

  1. no it wont delete them unless you have the software on the computer... then it will pick up the songs and change them... if you don't have the software, just turn the ipod off and plug it in like normal.... hope this helps :)

  2. it prob will delete all your songs or it will go "would u like to import your songs into this itunes libray!!

  3. No i had a ipod but i gave it to my bro for 150 dollars he hasn't given me it yet though

  4. I can. Did you call the company? They will tell you if you can.

  5. yeah.

but when it pops up on the computer, exit out that stuff. i do it all the time because i dont want to buy a wall charger.

  6. :) YES, you CAN. Trust me, your playlist has nothing to do with the battery life. As long as your computer reads the external port being plugged in (usually you'll get a small box appear around the TIME BOX on the lower right hand corner of your computer that'll say something has been plugged in or detected). Just look at your iPod; make sure it says it's connected. You SHOULD'NT see the menu that says lists Music, Songs, Artists, etc..

  7. nope it wont erase it, itll just find and might try to open an itunes on the comp.

  8. yea just tell it not to sync i charge my bffs all the time and shes dose the same 4 me

  9. no it wont plug it in befor it dies

  10. you should still be able to charge your ipod as long as you have itunes installed on your computer. it doesn't have to do with where your songs are.....

  11. Yes, use the same USB you use to download songs to your IPOD. It chargers and syncs your IPOD at the same time.

  12. Yeah just plug it up like you where going to put a song on there and while its plugged up click a button and look at the battery in the top corner and see if the charging sign is there. It should be.

  13. when you plug it in.. before it syncs just press cancel. and it'll charge without syncing or deleting any songs

  14. yeah it should charge

  15. yes u can charge the ipod, no it wont delete ur songs

  16. no youll be fine i do it all the time my itunes is on my moms computer and i charge it on mine

  17. After you plug it in it will ask if you would like to erase and sync just press no and it will not erase anything.

  18. Yes, as long as your iPod is plugged into your computer, it should charge. However. Make sure you have the "Sync Automatically when iPod is plugged in turned OFF, or it will erase your music and any other files you may have on there, too.

Also, at any place you can buy iPod accessories [ie: Wal-Mart] you can purchase a wall adapter to which you plug in your USB into the adapters outlet opposed to your computer.

    I hope this helped! <3

  19. if you have a MAC

  20. Yeah, you can charge it but there will be a pop up that says something about this iTunes library doesn't have the music that is in your iPod and there is an option of yes or no to sync it, don't sync it cos that will delete your music.

  21. yes you can plug it into a computer as long as you do not click on the thing that pops up and says register my ipod blah blah balh just ignore all of that because all your ipod needs to do is get energy from the computer so if you plug it in it will charge

And just remember there is Most likely always a reminder that says Are you sure you want to register beacuse your songs will be deleted and just click no i dont want to and even better if that dont pops up at all you should be good to go!

    hope I helped:)
