Can I charge people for editing their essays?

Hi,

I had applied to MBA in US/UK universities last year and again this year and got admits from almost all of them but could not go due to financial and personal reasons. However,I have been told by people in the adcom that my main strength is my essay writing.

So I was wondering If I could charge people for helping out with their essays.I know there are websites for doing this but they are quite expensive and I thought I could do it for a much lesser fees.

Please tell me if people would pay for such services and if yes, how do I go about it?

Just for the records,I had helped a couple of friends in preparing their admission packages last year and they got admits from all the universities where I had pitched in to help them.

And of course,I would be taking much more care with spellings and grammer when I do it for others than while posting qns on yahoo.

Please give me ur honest opinion. Thanks in advance.

  1. I think that it would be a good way for you to make money but don't go advertising all around. Just offer your services to friends etc. Don't offer to do it over the net because you may end up doing some people's essays for free and you want to leave a bit of the person's original work so it isn't too obvious later on that they didn't write those essays so it would help to know their writing style because you only writing a few would prove a lot of trouble in the future when you stop helping them.

  2. hmmm am not sure...

if i were you i would check that it is legal first.

i mean that is cheating isn't it...

if it's legal then i see no reason why you shouldn't, but don't let it be your main income, get a easy day job and with this then you could have yourself a nice little bundle of money =]

    good luck =]

  3. You sound like you have a future in grant writing.

  4. Omg theres an awsome advert just to the right of my screen im sorry but im going to have to click the link instead of helping you out...
