I am converting a folding bike into a folding electric bike, like this:

I'm traveling internationally with my new bike in about a month, and have a lot of anxiety about TSA reaction to the Bionx battery pack, which can be taken off of the bike and packed separately. can I pack this battery in my check-in baggage? has anyone traveled with a bike battery like this? will I encounter trouble with airline security?

thank you,

carry
