I've broken my leg on 21st Aug while falling off the motocross bike on a muddy and slippery track. Nobody's fault, purely loosing control when landing after the jump. as far as I'm concerned I haven't got a health insurance (only holiday insurance when abroad with my HSBC Account Plus). I am full time student and a self employed carpenter. Thank you in advance.

  3. I have met this sort of situation before, here is the resource I found helpful.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer....

  5.   This is a strange world,,try it.

  6. Were you at a Motorcross Club?  They may have some public liability insurance.

I know of a footballer who lost some teeth during a game and sued the club's insurance company and they paid all of his dental bills.

Do you pay an insurance premium to cover you as a carpenter? Sometimes you can claim for loss of wages because of your accident.

  7. to make a personal injury claim, a 3rd party would have to have been negligent.

no, you would not be able to claim for an accident caused by yourself

  8. No, you can't.  If that were possible, don't you think everyone would be claiiming?!  I could claim for injuring myself slipping on wet grass whilst hanging washing on the bloody line!
