Can I connect monitr of my PC to PS2?

I have only one T.V. at home. So i usually have to wait for my turn. If i can connect then wud i need to switch on my PC or just monitor

Whether you can connect the PS2 to the monitor depends on the monitor's inputs, but I think it's unlikely.

Have a look round the back of the tv- you might find inputs that you could connect to the PS2, (video inputs such as svhs or yellow phono). If you have them, then you could set up the PC as a TV.

Yes you can. Lik-sang.com used to sell a PS2-VGA convertor but even though they're not around any more I see there are still a few on eBay.

Alternatively, for a more general-purpose solution try something like the VGA Box, which is designed specifically to connect various equipment to VGA monitors.
