  1. Of course you can. Ring your credit card provider and talk to them, tell them it was not your transaction and you want to report it to fraud.


  2. Yes of course. I would go to the bank and do a affidavit. Tell them they are not correct charges on your visa and they should have you fill out some forms. It may take 7-10 business days to get the money back and whats nice is the bank will do all the work for you!
