This is POSSIBLE, but probably HIGHLY IMPRACTICAL.

Because USB is a world apart from standard analog headphone feed, you would have to bypass the USB electronics, and feed analog audio directly to the headphone drivers.  This could be accomplished if and only if the headphone drivers were compatible with normal headphone impedances and levels.  You might get lucky, but you should know a little bit of electronics before attempting modifications.  

It would require cutting wires and attaching appropriate plugs and it is doubtful that such efforts would be worthwhile.

Unless the headphone part has a detachable plug which mates to the USB electronics, I would advise against attempting conversion.

So the short answer is: "Probably No"
