Can I copy photos from computer hard drive to SD Card for use w/Wii?

I have a lot of photos on my computer, and I don't own a digital camera or a cell phone. If I got a Wii, is there a way I could take those pictures, copy them to an SD card and then put them in the Wii for use with the Photo Channel?

Yes. You either need a computer with a built in SD port (standard in many newer models) or you need a USB Card Reader. Once its in, you can just transfer files over to the card. Safely remove the card, and put it in the SD slot on the Wii. You can then view the pictures through the Photo Channel.

Yes, you can get a usb card reader really cheap and put them on to your SD card with that. Then you can use them on your wii.
