Can I copy programs I DVRed on verizon fios to a DVD?

You need to have a dvd/vcr hooked up in between the FIOS DVR and the TV.  They you can record.  Do it like this

Coax from wall into DVR STB

Outputs of stb into dvd/vcr recorder inputs. ( the type of cords depends on the inputs of your vcr/dvd.

Output of dvd/vcr into your tv.  (again the type will depend on the out/input of your vcr/dvd & TV.

Now depending on how you went into your TV that is the station you will tune your TV & vcr/dvd to.

Then you need to "play" what is on the DVR, when you see it on the TV you will be all set to record.
