Can I d-shrink/ restore my sheer silk top after washing in hot water?

I washed my sheer silk top in hot water.It is now a little tight/has shrunk slightly.Does anyone know if I can stretch the silk without damaging it?

  2. Hot water will damage Silk, not recommended, silk can not be restretched Good Luck !
