Can I disable deffective Keys?

Question

I spilled a smoothie on my keyboard and the two top right keys are repeating I think they are the Control Key and the Windows start menu key. Long time ago I remember someone showing me how to recofigure keys. I am wondering if someone out there know how to turn off these keys as I don't need them. Thanks!
