Can I do Typography on MS Paint?

It's what I have right now. I know how to make little "movies" with Windows Movie Maker, so I wanted to know if I could do typography also, thanks :)

  1. That would be a horrible program to try to do Typography with. I would suggest using Adobe Illustrator. Adobe After Effects and Flash would be good animation programs too.
