Can I do a live video stream on my website with ustream.tv?

I have a website and wanted to do live stream once a week. Is it possible to connect an account from ustream.tv. so that it shows up "inside my website"? I have never used ustream but someone recomended it to me.

Sure you can do that with ustream.tv

On the videoplayer, beneath the video is a series of buttons.

The first one on the left says Embed.

Click it and it will open up to reveal the embedding code. Just copy and paste it onto your webpage/blog.
