Can I do a reverse search for international phone numbers?

I am specifically looking to find who has a certain number in Nicaragua. These people are calling and we have the number, but I need to know who it is.

The only way to do a reverse search for "free" is to use Google.com and type in the cell number like this:

"x*x-x*x-xxxx"

"(x*x) x*x xxxx"

and so on try with area code, with out area code, with brackets and without them, with spaces and with out them.

Next, Try Yahoo and MSN as well, as their indexes fluctuate and differ slightly.

Yes you can. You can call information and ask for International information in Nicaragua. Tell them what the phone number is and if you can the location in Nicaragua. They´ll call an operator in Nicaragua and find the information.
