Can I do anything about my girlfriend's brother?

My pregnant girlfriend's brother causes her undue stress and he's just horrible all around, he hits her and has tried to kill her before, but their mom won't do anything with him. I don't have the stance to let her move in with me yet. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get him away from her that isn't illegal.

And he is only 12 so I can't do anything violent.

you have to give the little sh*t a shake up ! ! ! Scare him and tell him that if he doesn't leave her alone - you will beat the **** out of him!

of course you wont really - but you'll just scare him. Trust me, it will work.

i know counselors say they help but how do they help if they just talk you what you already know? invite the little **** somewhere and give him a good scare. you don't have to hurt him or verbally abuse him nor mental.. if you know of a spot where you can drop him off for a few hours ( somewhere safe but scary like, you know) and when you come back for him ask him if he learned anything while he was alone. or do the same but before you do, take some friends that pretend to be strangers and scare his *** a bit, see if his toughness comes out in this scene. i hope you find ways to calm his act down. best of wishes to your prego girlfriend.
