Can I do anything to stop pneumonia in early stages?

Besides going to the Dr. & all that. Is there a "home remedy"? Specific vitamin? Etc.

Prevention is the only way to stop it. If you don't get it in the first place it isn't necessary to go to the doctors office to get antibiotics.

Prevention:

get the pneumonia shot at the doctors office

take lots of Vitamin C

Eat properly

As far as I know, if you have pneumonia, even in the early stages, the only cure is antibiotics (if caused by a bactria).  I haven't heard of a home remedy that actually works.  Good luck and feel better soon.
