Yes, but it wont look professional. Unless you have a hairdresser in your  family.Just get a good hair bleach

yes you just buy the kit . the cap, bleach developer,bleach pwder, gloves,and the needle to pull your hair out of the cap.. you have to have someone do it for you so they can get the back of your hair i do mine all the time.

You should probably get a friend to help you.

Make sure you follow all the directions and pull the hair through the little cap.

And don't go too blonde, do maybe a dirty blonde or try lowlights, they'll look more natural.
