Can I do cupping at home and are their specific areas I need to put them?

I went to an acupuncture and he did cupping on me and I loved it, i want to do this at home. Can I just put it anywhere there is pressure? Or are there specific spots i need to place them at?

My favorite place is on the back of my shoulders and my shoulder blades. I suffer from migraines and my acupuncturist always puts them there and I get so much relief. I would have someone do it for you though. It seems kinda dangerous to do yourself.

I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself. Acupuncturists place the cups in specific places on the back called meridians. If you're not trained in the process you may place them incorrectly. Trust the professionals.
