Can I do it? I want to apply for a better college.

I came to US as international student through a bad agency and I ended up at a school which I don't like. I want to transfer to another college but I want to ues the transcription from my country. Will that work? If so, how?

Go to the Financial Aid Department of the college you want to attend.  Explain your situation, and the college financial director or counselor should be able to assist you.  good luck:)

It's possible.

Talk to an advisor at the college you want to attend. Many colleges even have a specific advisor who meets with transfer students. The advisor can give you an idea of what credit will and won't transfer. This can differ from college to college.
