Can I donate my human eggs, for a price, in the UK?

I would like to donate my eggs and make some money at the same time. Can I do this from the UK or anywhere in Europe.

I know you can in the US.  You have to go through this rigorous genetic/disease testing.  Then fill out about a million forms about your entire history/family.  Then you take hormone shots for quite a while.  Then they extract the eggs.  It pays about $4,000 for the first time in the US.
