Yes but you'll need a memory stick, a media player application, and possibly some video editing software.

The Sony Clie PEG-TG50 accepts Memory Stick and Memory Stick Pro memory cards. If you don't have one the only option for you is to use Kinoma Player. Kinoma Producer will allow you to convert your videos into a format that can be installed to the RAM. Kinoma Player is free but Producer is $29.99. This is not a good way to go since the TG50 only has 16MB of RAM available. It's better to buy a memory card.

If the original video is too large to fit on your memory card then you'll need to compress the video. There are numerous editors out there (Virtual Dub, 3gp Converter, etc.) that can shrink the file size down.
