Can I download my digital camera card onto a CD-R disk

yes, in order to do so, make sure that only the pictures are the ones you are going to put on the CD, if you want to  be able too see them as a slide show on most DVD players. Also do not make any folders, or else the DVD player will think it's a data disk. so once you download the pictures to your computer, just select the pictures, insert a blank CD-R disk, and then just drag them to the disk, and click on burn to CD. Make sure that your CD burner is CD-R compatible, and if you have some program like Roxio, or Nero, the Burning process will be much faster, but in order to burn the images, you have to open the program, and then drag the pictures to the window.
