I know that is not healthy with regular tea. So is it the same with green tea?

  1. There should be no problem with drinking from the same pot of green tea all day. I frequently do that with my white tea. There are two things to keep in mind:

    - Don't keep the leaves in the pot all day, take them out after the tea has steeped for a few minutes. Otherwise, the tea tends to get bitter.

    - If you reheat the tea, make sure you don't bring it to a boil. That may also result in bitterness.

  2. Yes provided you it with one batch at one go and take out the residual (teabags) after it was properly steeped in. However do pamper yourself. Aroma of freshly brewed tea is and never can be duplicated from 'stale' tea. There are some proper tea ceremony in Japan that is to adhered when you want to enjoy a perfect cuppa. So dun be lazy. Enjoy each motion of preparing the tea (especially when you using tea leaves)

  3. Yes.  don't let it get over 100C when breweing though, otherwise it will take on a bitter taste (same with black tea)
