Can I drink vinegar without causing the effects of stomach ulcers?

  1. A table spoon of vinegar in a full glass of water is OK and preferably followed by a second glass of water.  The more you dilute the vinegar the better.

    Drinking it undiluted is bad for your teeth, throat, oesophagus, stomach, etc.


  2. Sure.  Just not too much.  You know a lot of people like oil and vinegar

    as a salad dressing. :)
