Can I drive and use a zipcar?

I know you have to be 21 years old to apply for a zipcar , but I am only 15, almost 16, and looking to buy a car. I don't think I can afford to buy a car and a zipcar sounds like a really good idea. Can my mom or dad apply for the car and put everything in their name and then let me drive the car. They would drive it too but I would use it to drive to school and back.

that would be illegal. when U rent a car, only the person on the lease is insured.
