Can I drive at?

I want to drive and test my car at the "millbrook proving ground" at millbrook, in bedfordshire in england.

it's actually a general motor property, but I saw the top gear episode where they tested their cars in those circuits. can a normal person with his car drive in there?

you should be able to drive in there but you will have to pay for the admission
