The real answer would be right up until it runs out of fuel. Then the police would most likely haul you off to jail. It would most definitely make headline news though.

To drive down the street, you need to make sure to pass all DOT and DMV standards, bumper height has to be the right height, lights at the right height, vehicle width and weight.  Proper safety equipment etc.  And a lot of things can stop a Monster Truck.

If it is within legal measurements for the state that you live in, and it fits the alleyway, go for it.

If you have tires no bigger dan 44' then yes you can,  at least here in CA you can.

you can Also drive OVER old ladys crossing the street, little kids h**l even BIG kids...many other things.  Have fun. and remeber never go 4-Wheelin' ALONE!
