If i have a license from the US could I drive my cousin's car even though it has a Canadian plate?

  1. Are you in the US or in Canada?

    If the car is in Canada, you can drive it but the car can only be driven for a limited time, then you need a Canadian License.

    If the car is in the US, you can drive it but then it needs to be registered after some time.


  2. I don't see why not as long as your cousin says you can. ;)  Canadians drive down here all the time and Americans drive up there.  If you're staying you probably need to get a Canadian DL though.
