Can I drive with my younger brothers in the car?

I live in Virginia and I only have a learners permit is it legal for me to drive with my mom and two youngers brothers in the car?

  1. A guardian won't do unless he/she has a valid license.. To put it simple.. anyone over 18 who has a valid license is okay to be with if you want your younger brothers in the car.


  2. check your drivers handbook, as long as there is someone over 21 and a licensed driver in the front seat closest to the driver, you should be fine. and especially if it your mom, the police should do nothing worse than give you a verbal warning. but most of all drive safely.

  3. As long as u have a guardian with u than it's ok to drive with ur younger brothers. well as long as u have a adult that has a valid drivers license than it's ok.
