Can I dye my pink/bleached hair black?

my hair is bleached orange with blonde at the roots. All this is covered with A pink vegetable dye (goth dye). I want to get back to my natural colour! which is black

can i dye it black using a store bought dye?

i cant afford a salon

Do not let the bleach get onto bare skin or clothing.

Do not contact with eyes.

Use gloves!

Bleaching hair with reddish tones will turn orange.

Don't use chlorine bleach to color hair. The term "bleach" refers to hair bleach which can be purchased from beauty supply stores.

Trying to bleach black hair to platinum blonde will only result in an orangish/reddish tone.

Doing this too often you may damage your hair.

Yes it's usually safe to go darker - it's the blondes that tend to harm your hair.  Once it's black leave it that way for awhile.  Use a good shampoo and conditioner {pantene is great} to help your hair.  One bottle should do it.
