Can I e-mail a subgroup of people in my yahoo Groups Group ?

Question

For example I have 20 members on a School Council but only 5 who are on the council exec. I only want to send a question to the exec members - can I set up a separate distribution list for them ?

make them moderators and send a email to the owner and they will get it.

or use your yahoo email account and make a group there..

or make a second group just for them.. and use the related link to go back and forth..

You may create / start another group for "council exec" and send mails there. Here is how you can start a new Yahoo Group:
