  1. Depends - some fish can be bad for you.

Seafood in general, if not properly cooked, is even worse when you're pregnant.

  2. Yes just not raw seafood.

  3. i wouldnt chance it

    all the best

    Ian

  4. yes you can its good for you but not too much

  5. I was told by my OB that if you have fish while pregnant, it can only be farm raised and you can only have 6oz. for a portion. And I was also told to stay away from all shellfish. Which is killing me, cause i have a strong craving for crab and popcorn shrimp. I have 4 1/2 months left till my baby is born and then i am going crazy on some seafood. oh and also stay away from mayo, Caesar dressing, and the moldy cheeses. Another real craving. My aunt want into premature labor and lost her first due to eating the wrong cheese. She had Brie. Eat right, and take care.

  6. Seafood - yes (salmon and tuna very good for you and helps develop baby's brain)

But stay away from shellfish as they filter toxic waste and so are dangerous.
