Can I edit the html of a website I bought through google?

Question

I'm trying to edit the html of my website. I bought it through Google and I can't figure out how to edit anything without using google "webpages" and their templates.

If it helps here is my website as an example:

www.emeraldphotographystudio.com

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
