Can I enter a code from the bottom of a can of pop for mycokerewards.com?

I need to know if the codes on the bottom of the soda cans are accesable on cokerewards.com, if not, where can I get codes other than the bottles?

the codes on the can and it says something like "enter this code at mycokerewards.com"
