Can I enter the WSOP when I'm 20?

I turn 21 in early May so I will be old enough to be in the WSOP when it rolls around, but am I able to enter WSOP qualifier tournaments on online poker websites even though I am not 21 yet?

YES! You can play online qualifiers! For playing online satellites you have to be at least 18 years old.
Just make sure you will be 21 when live events start. If you are not 21, you can't play.
Except for WSOPE of course. :)
