Can I exchange VND (Vietnam Dong) to Australian Dollar (AUD) in CommonWealth Bank?

I am looking for a bank/exchanger to convert VNmese to AUDollar in South AUstralia, Adelaide. Do you think the bank like CommonWealth or ANZ or NAB or BankSA can do the job? Otherwise, where can I do that?

But keep in mind the banks are offering for AUD$80.70 x 15800 = 1,275,060 VND

But if you turn it around the other way 1,275,060 to AUD, of course the banks are going to turn it into there favour. I think this is what they call cross rates.

But in some place its  up to 16500-17000 from VND to AUD just depend where you are.

Hello,
I intend to purchase 3 million Vietnam Dongs for $80.70 Australian per Million Dongs.
If the Dongs increased in value by going up 5 cents U.S. per Dong, then i cashed in my Dongs, would i stand to make about $50,000.00 Profit on my original outlay please ?
I dont understand Currency, but this is how i understand it.
