Can I exchange my rewards/miles for something else?

I have 150,000 Delta Airline miles from my AMEX card and another 140,000 Rewards Points from my Chase Platinum Visa. Are there any websites or companies that I can exchange or consolidate these miles/points into something I can actually use?

Delta doesn't fly from my airport and the rewards points are redeemable for just gift cards.

I'm looking for a site where I can exchange them for United miles or American.
