Can I exponge a high end misdemener if I also have two D.U.I's in the stae of Michigan?

I have 4 arests totall. 1st a possesion of marijuana which was exponged under section 7411 then the charge i really need to have expunged which is a high misdemenor, and then 2 dui's fallowing. The misdemenor that I want to get exponged took place almost 7 years ago.

NO! You are becoming what is known as a career criminal, or misdemeanor stupid. You can't expunge a record when you continue to commit crimes.

Repeat offenders are not eligible for expungement in Michigan.  Especially since you already have had an expungement, they only do it once.

You can't just 'wipe the slate clean'....

Each case will have to be considered individually and you will have to show adequate cause to have the records expunged.

You'll spend an average of $5000 in attorney fees and court costs on each one.

Maybe your money would be better spent in spelling lessons and counseling to find out why you keep committing criminal offenses.
