  1. why would you want a american motorcycle, they are very noisy, slow and unreliable?

You probably can but it's going to cost you over $1,000 but probably still less than $3,000 and a big hassle.  You would have to get the required documents and pay the required fees and unplug and drain all the tubes and you probably won't be allowed to ride it either because most likely it's too strong to be street legal because if you haven't noticed everyone rides bumper to bumper.

  3. It's not a good idea, you would not make profit by doing that ^_^  Shipping cost and manufacturing cost will be the problem before you can win the market in Vietnam. People usually operate the factories in the developing countries and try to decrease shipping cost as much as possible. For example, laptops are being made in China, Singapore, Malaysia ... and then sell in Asia.
