I have a cpl of felonies from '99; e.g. Poss. of Cocaine, and theft. Im wanting to get a better career, and Im wondering if my record can be exspunged, and how I can get info to do it. On the charges, I did not plea "First Offenders" act, I only plead a guilty plea. So is it possible to have my record exspunged?

  1. Maybe you should've thought of your future before you committed felonies.  At the very least it will be VERY difficult to get them expunged, and likely downright impossible.

  2. To expunge your record you have to prove that you did not do the crime.. Since you did NO you can not expunge it

  3. No.  The only way to clear your record would be a pardon from the governor of your state, or the ability to prove that you did not do the crimes.
